Last year we wrote about our new yard that was, at the time, around 90% complete. Well, we are now proud to announce that our state of the art yard is now open! The opening of the yard was attended by Mayor of Croydon, Wayne Trakas-Lawlor, who was helping celebrate the success of Croydon’s local businesses. Our staff, their families and people from around the local area were in attendance as the Mayor cut the ribbon to declare our new space up and running.
Councillor Trakas-Lawlor said on Twitter: “[It was a] pleasure to visit EasyMix Concrete today and meet many of the staff from a growing Croydon company that is creating jobs and opportunities”.
Our new yard needed 250 metres of concrete to be pumped to allow us to safely store our growing fleet of vehicles, our washout bays, aggregate bays and and concrete batching plant. We are immensely proud of our new space and the help that it gives us in providing the top quality service that we are known for.
